Project Description: The project consists of the removal of existing roofing systems including flashing, counter flashing, fascia, gravel stops, cants, insulation, coping, expansion joints covers, soffits, trim and all associated roofing accessories, the repair and/or replacement of certain structural roof members as well as certain sheathing, and the installation of new composite insulation board, modified bitumen built up roofing and all required accessories on one building at Trumbo Point and six buildings at Boca Chica.
