The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1761 with a standard size of $7.0M. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 with a basic performance period of 365 calendar days and two one-year option periods. The work in general includes but not limited to complete replacement of existing built-up roofs on military family housing units with new four-ply built-up roofs with insulation, new gravel stop and metal fascia and a twenty-year warranty. This work includes removal and reinstallation of evaporative coolers on the roofs. This work may also include some minor repairs to the roof deck and roof structure. Please note that funds are not presently available, but have been requested. This IFB is based upon your understanding that (1) funds are not available and (2) iffunds do not become available, no obligation will be incurred by the Government because of this IFB.
