This requirements type contract shall be awarded for the purpose of providing paving services as needed by Pope AFB, NC. Work orders for projects shall be issued through individual delivery orders. The services include asphalt and concrete pavements for roads, parking lots, sidewalks, aircraft pavements and other required pavements. Delivery orders may include new pavements, new roads and parking lots, repair/replacement of existing pavements, curb and gutter work, demolition, site work, surveying/design and development of new roads and parking lots, and other services as required to accomplish each project. The estimated cost of this project consisting of five years (base year plus four option years) is more than $10,000,000 million.
