Z -- REPAIR SOUTH WASH RACK FACILITY, FORT CAMPBELL, KENTUCKY SOL DAKF23-97-B-0036 DUE 072897 POC Contract Specialist Learah Smith (502) 798-7834/ Gertrude Colbert, Contracting Officer (502) 798-7566 (Site Code DAKF23) Work will include closing of a sinkhole with repairs to a detention pond and liner at sinkhole repair, replacement of an existing 12-inch pipe from the detention pond to a pump house, removal and disposal of sediments in a earthen sedimentation pond, repairs to gravel facility service road to include ditch construction and placement of gravel, installation of baffle walls and new drainage pipe with manhole at a concrete sediment basin, clearing of small trees from sand filter bed with removal, disposal and replacement of sand filter material from sand bed, installation of hatch doors on a pump house and removal of existing pump with replacement of new pumps in sand house. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. The estimated range of the project is from $250,000 to $500,000. SIC 1629. For the purpose of determining the small business size status, the average receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program; therefore, this acquisition is UNRESTRICTED.
