PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The work includes adding freeze protection, insulation and electrical work for cold water stations on the pier and at the main water service locations for the base and incidental related work. During performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1711. The related small business size standard is $7 Million. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 15 July 1997. There will be a non-refundable charge of $30.00 for plans and specifications.
