Removal of approximately 130 multi-pane corrugated glass windows in steel frames, half with chain hoist operators and replacement with approximately 65 multi-pane tinted, tempered glass, fixed windows in steel frames. Removal and replacement of 3 overhead and 4 personnel doors. Complete removal of 6 wood personnel doors, removal and replacement of lead-containing paint on structural steel, demolition of two small lean-to structurers attached to the main building, and incidental related work. Estimated Cost Range: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
