One infrared focal-plane array camera. Total weight of camera,
including lens and battery pack, must not exceed 8 lbs. Camera shall
have a manual focusing system vice and automatic focusing system. No
camera dimension shall exceed 12" (plus or minus 0.5"). Controls for
fine adjustment and freeze framing must be within finger reach of the
one hand holding the camera. Camera shall also have the following
features: -- lens with a 30-35 degree field of view. -- capable of
interchangable lenses with built in automatic lens calibration
recognition. -- shall not require the user to add any cooling liquids
or compressed gases for operation/cooling of camera. -- a high/low
visible indication alarm, or saturation palette, so that when operating
with a black and white thermal image, areas extending above or below
the existing preset temperature range or span are highlighted in the
termal image in two (2) different colors. -- be capable of
automatically storing (at the press of a button) all settings, values,
parameters, date and time on an integral PCMCIA card reader/player. --
battery packs to provide power for continuous use of camera for a
period of 12 hours. -- sufficient number of battery chargers to
maintain the battery packs in a fully charged state for continuous
rotation of the batteries. -- sufficient 10MB image cards to allow for
an uninterrupted 12 hour period of camera use without having to stop
to download stored data. -- four (4) information and data security
