The contractor shall furnish and install an outside concrete floating slab next to building #28 for installation of the cold room. Slab shall be approximately 14 feet by 23 feet with 6 foot by 8 foot connector to the building. The cold room shall be designed and constructed for outdoor installation. Shall have a canopy installed between the room and the building. The condensing unit shall be located on the slab adjacent to the room. Interested parties are invited to inspect the proposed site of the installation. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 9999, Size Standard $5.0M will be used for this requirement. Interested vendors capable of furnishing the government with the equipment specified in this synopsis should request a copy of the Request for Quotation, from the below address.
