This public notice is to invite provision of comments from suppliers with respect to NTT DoCoMo's procurement plans prior to the procurement of the following product. This is also to invite the statement of their will from those suppliers who wish to participate as subcontractors in the procurement of the product on which NTT DoCoMo invites comments. Please note that, however, a procurement notice will not necessarily follow this public notice. In addition, it will not affect the selection for any supplier in the procurement for its product whether or not the supplier participates in this invitation for comment. (1) Product name; Note type Computer (2) Product description; The product on which comments are requested is notebook personal computers that NTT Tokai Mobile Communications Network, Inc. (hereinafter called "NTT DoCoMo Tokai") is planning to use for constructing Intra-net. (3) Contents of RFC; This is to invite, from every aspect as exemplified below, comments by suppliers on the procurement plan for the product specified above.Comments shall be provided in writing. The purpose of this invitation of comments is to reflect such comments in the Procurement Document that NTT DoCoMo Tokai will prepare and market for the procurement of the product and accordingly NTT DoCoMo Tokai will not use such comments for any other purpose than this, provided that the information to be furnished will be deemed to be free of any secrecy obligation, and will be disclosed through being described in the Procurement Documentation and further is likely to be used by any third party. In such a case, NTT DoCoMo Tokai shall assume no responsibility for the management, disclosure, or use of the provided information. Note that, if NTT DoCoMo Tokai makes any change in its procurement plan reflecting the comments provided by the invitation above, it will deliver the revised plan to all suppliers who have participated in this invitation for comments and request for further comments. NTT DoCoMo Tokai will prepare a list of the names of such subcontracting trades whose wishes for participation have been expressed along with their locations to be contacted, and provide the copy of the list to those suppliers who have requested the list, those who have furnished comments in response to the Request for Comments, and those who have purchased the procurement Documentation copies for the procurement of the product. Note, however, that NTT DoCoMo Tokai shall assume no responsibility for any direct and indirect result of the following disclosure of trade names and their locations.
