The alfalfa hay must be a minimum of 70% alfalfa with not more than 30% grasses (per bale), and the grass have must be a minimum of 70% grass with no more than 30% alfalfa (per bale), used for food for domestic animals, cured, cut, and stored for fodder, delivered F.O.B.
