The United States Fire Administration, National Emergency Training Center, has a requirement for computer technical support to the Arson Management System For Windows (AIMSWIN) program. The Contractor shall provide AIMSWIN software development maintenance and support to the United States Fire Administration for all support engineering changes and system enhancements. The Contractor shall be required to: a) provide technical telephone assistance hotline to AIMSWIN users Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM -- 5:30 PM, Eastern Standard Time; b) maintain and AIMSWIN problem report and log, as well as provide updated documentation affected by modifications and/or enhancements made to the AINSWIN program; c) prepare AIMSWIN newsletters and attend meetings. The period of performance for this requirement will be from the date of award through twelve months. The contractor shall be required to submit a detailed work plan indicating how it intends to perform the services required in the statement of work. A firm-fixed-price purchase order, using Simplified Acquisition procedures (actions estimated under $100K), is anticipated. Award will be made based on "Best Value" to the Government.
