Contractor will provide all personnel, management, labor and other items and services necessary to operate, maintain, and repair central utility plants (steam/hot water, chiller, electrical power) as defined in the performance work statement for each facility. Period of performance is one basic and four (4) option years, if exercised. A two (2) month phase-in period is included prior to commencement of work in the basic year and a two (2) month phase-out period is included after completion of the last option year exercised. This acquisition is more than $10,000,000.00.
