Dial country code 45 then 31421322, fax 45 35265108 This project provides for the installation of a preaction sprinkling foam system in a 55,000 SF hanger. The system shall be divided into four zones, controlled by four separate valves that will be opened when sensors in a zone activate the system for that zone. When activated, foam will discharge from all nozzles in the activated zone. Water flow will be 7,000 GPM in 35 minutes with a 250,000 gallon storage tank which will be provided by installing a new pumping station and by using existing storage tanks. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. Magnitude: $1,000,00 -- 5,000,000. The anticipated performance period is between June 1998 through 30 September 1998. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered. The summer at Thule Air base is extremely short and shipment of materials can only take place in June/July.
