Prepare and deliver a revision to the technical manual identified by ECP 0456R1 and ECP 0456R2 along with other Class II Data for TMDC 0386B and a change to technical manuals incorporating Class II Data for TMC 0385B and 0387B in support of the F/A-18 Aircraft under contract N00019-95-C-0015. Defense Contract Management Command, St. Louis intends to negotiate with McDonnell Douglas Aerospace to incorporate the effort cited on the TMDCs. McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO 63166-0516 as the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the aircraft, is the only known firm possessing the requisite technical expertise needed to complete this action.
