Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to procure computer output and
photographic film processing services on an "as requested" basis.THIS
IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SETASIDE. SIC Code 7384. The following are a
sampling of the types of services that may be requested during
contract performance: film processing, custom color prints, custom
black and white prints, proof prints, machine prints, process and
machine prints, slide duplication, negatives, prints from slides,
slides from reflective or transparent copy, slides from negatives, blue
slides from reflective or transparent copy and vugraphs from reflective
copy. Contractor shall have the capability for electronic receipt and
computer processing of work. For example, NIST may send application
files (QuarkXpress, Adobe Illustrator PowerPoint, etc.) Or PostScript
print files for output to film recorders, image setters, laser
printers, or large format color plotters and inkjet printers. These
files may be sent via the Internet as attachments to Email or
transferred using File Transfer Protocol (FTP). In addition,
preliminary order may be sent to the vendor and intermediate proofs may
be returned to NIST be Email or facsimile. Delivery is FOB
Gaithersburg, MD. The Period of Performance is for a one year period
from date of award and with four optional one year periods. Request for

the CBD on October 24, 1995 under Solicitation No. 52SBNB6C9001. All
individuals who requested a copy of solicitation 52SBNB6C9001 will
receive a copy of solicitation 52SBNB7C1214 when released; no further
notification is necessary. However, firms responding to this request,
causing a duplication of their firm's request, will receive only one
copy of the solicitation to the individualwho recently requested the
solicitation. All responsible small businesses may submit a proposal or
