The US Army War College is soliciting proposals for 7 course evaluations. These services include significant (although sporatic) on-site work from date of award to 31 March 1998. Limited use of Government office space with computer equipment, LAN access and SSPS software will be provided. Evaluations are statistical in nature and are to be based upon faculty and student data submissions. It is prefered, contractor personnel will have experience in academic course/program evaluations, statictics, research design, content analysis and SPSS or similar commercial software. A preproposal conference will be held in the DOC Conference Room address above, on 11 July 1997 at 10:30. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is highly recommended as data not provided in the RFQ will be made available for examination.
