The work to be work to be done consists of but is not limited to furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary to provide AFFF fire protection system to existing Hangar 42 space including associated tank, detectors, control panel, pumps, piping, heads, etc., providing wet-pipe fire protection system to existing office structure within hangar, including associated piping, heads, controls, etc.; providing foam capture and retention features to Hangar 42 and site adjacent; extending water supply from location adjacent to Hangar 41 to Hangar 42; extending signalling conduit from Hangar 42 to Pump House Building 50; provide deluge system monitoring to Hangar 41; provide fire pump start sequencing panel to control fire pumps in Building 50; and provide tie-in to signals from AFFF control panel in Hangar 40 being installed under another contract in accordance with specifications and drawings. The magnitude of the proposed project is between $250,000 and $500,000. SIC Code is 1711. Size Standard is $7 Million. Performance Period is 180 calendar days. This acquisition is unrestricted. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
