Work will be as required in accordance with plans and specifications and encompasses but is not limited to the following work: Roofing repair and replacement shall be complete in all aspects and shall result in a waterproof membrane. The Contractor shall replace complete sections of built-up and EPDM roofs as directed. The Contractor shall replace shingle roofs as directed. The Contractor shall repair sections of built-up roofs by line items of work listed and shall overlay shingle roofs as directed. The Contractor shall remove existing metal roofs and install new standing seam metal roof system as directed. Proposed contract will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract. Sealed Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 22 Jul 97 and bid opening will be held on or about 21 Aug 97. Estimated cost of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
