The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order to Lockheed Martin Owego, New York under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-97-G-0015 for the procurement, manufacture, installation, integration, test and logistic support of the SH-60 FLIR sensor enhancement upgrade kits. The Naval Air Systems Command will also contract with Lockheed Martin for the repair, upgrade, and return to ready-for-issue status of the SH60B ARQ-44 Data Link Multiplexers. Lockheed Martin is the only source possessing the knowledge, expertise, and technical information required for the total systems engineering approach for integrating and testing the FLIR upgrade kits and the Data Link Multiplexers.
