59 -- FABRICATE, INTEGRATE, TEST, MEMORY LOADER-VERIFIER SETS SOL N00019-97-R-0042 POC Contact, Rosa Little, Phone (703)604-2968 MEMORY LOADER-VERIFIER SET (MLVS), AN/USQ-131, NSN:7025-01-415-5858 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a 8(a) set-a-side solicitation to Fabricate, Integrate, Test and, Deliver, AN/USQ-131 Memory Loader-Verifier Sets (MLVS). Pursuant to FAR 19.703(a), this requirement is offered for limited competition to eligible 8(a) concerns, the SIC Code for this requirement is 3695. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for 8(a) firms whose total number of employees does not exceed 1,000 for the preceding three fiscal years. The resulting contract will be firm fixed price with a base year plus two options years. The basic contract will include 2 units with an additional 50 units upon proof of production capability. Each option will include up to 100 units with step-ladder option pricing.
