The due date for receipt of proposals is hereby extended from June 27, 1997, to July 7, 1997. The following amendments are a result of questions by one or more interested concerns: ITEM 01 -- I. Enclosure, B.3: delete "shutter closes without powering down generator; insert "the shutter shall close without powering down, either by computer keying or otherwise." ITEM 01 -- I. Enclosure, C., delete, "Side panels shall be removable," insert, "Either back or side panels shall be removable." Item 01 -- IV Goniometer, C.1: delete "permits manual positioning of goniometer," and insert "Manual positioning of goniometer is desired, but not required." ITEM 01 -- VII. Computer System and Peripherals, A. 2 Insert, "within contractor- provided host computer." ITEM 01 -- VII. Computer System and Peripherals, A.3: Amend to the following- "The ability to retain current data and data collection parameters and hardware settings if host computer is rebooted is desired, but not required."
