FISC Acquisition Group Norfolk intends to purchase, on a sole source basis, as follows: 1) 1 each, Homepage Developement, 2) 1 each, Directory of Participants, 3) 1 each, Discussion Forum Setup, 4) 250 each, Health Online Memberships and 5) 1 each, Web Site Hosting Fee for one year. Award of a firm fixed price contract on a brand name or equal basis is contemplated. **Required Delivery Date is 01 August 1997.** Proposals received shall specify FOB Destination, Norfolk, VA. Offers other than FOB Destination shall be ineligible for award.
