The contract period shall commence October 1, 1997 and end September 30, 1998 with options to renew for 2 additional 12 month periods. The Primary Physician shall provide a qualified substitute in the absence of the Primary Physician. In order to provide patient confidence, the Primary Physician shall attend the clinic 80% of the days. RFP will be available O/A 07/10/97.
