The Health Resources and Services Administration has a requirement for the development and provision of Organizational Development training and consultation services under the guidelines and policies of the Federal Occupational Health (FOH) Program, services to be provided within Region IX. These services include development of training modules, overheads, trainers' guides, etc. Specifically, this includes development and implementation of training on a variety of organizational issues (e.g., Group Facilitation, Organizational Analysis, Strategic Organizational Change, Teambuilding, etc. The contractor shall develop educational training modules, trainers' guides, transparencies and related educational handouts, conduct tailored training to employees and supervisors of federal agencies, and provide evaluation instruments. The successful offerors must possess a PhD/PsyD, MSW, MA, MPH from an accredited college or university; a minimum of 5 years post-graduate practice as a professional trainer or educator, with experience in the development of training programs and management consultation regarding organizational issues; and knowledge of EAP/Occupational Health.
