Real estate appraisal services for properties in the vicinity of China Lake Naval Weapons Stations, CA in support of the Homeowners Assistance Program. Current and prior dates of value, in accordance with USPAP, will be requested for approximately 1000 homes over a period of four years. At least two and up to four indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts, each with a one year base period and three option years, will be awarded. The cost of awarding more than two contracts will be calculated during offer evaluation for those offerors proposing fewer than the estimated quantities. This procurement will be conducted under SIC code: 6531. The size standard for this SIC code is: $1,500,000.00. The acquisition method is negotiated procurement. A priced offer and a written presentation will be required. A pass-fail evaluation will result in selection of the firms for award of contracts. The proposed contract is 100% set aside forsmall business concerns. NO CHARGE: Specifications for this project must be ordered by the CUT OFF DATE of (10/JUL/97) to ensure receipt of bid sets.
