Contractor will perform the following tasks: 1) create a list of streams in the above geographical area with historical records of coho salmon occupancy; 2) gather current data on coho presence-absence data from other researchers; 3) survey streams with historical records of coho occupancy to establish current presence or absence; and 4) propose database format for the presence-absence data. It is anticipated that biologists or similarly-qualified individuals will be completing all work under the resultant contract. This is a simplified acquisition with an anticipated value of less than $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. (0175)
