Contractor shall remove all defective components on McQual Roof top HVAC unit, Carrier roof top HVAC unit (M#50DK, HV1 & HV2 4 Siebe Actuators 2 belts, 25 Actuator valves, new actuator valves shall be spring operated valves and 4 line starters for pumps in boiler room replace with new equal components. Contractor shall provide personnel certified for maintaining and operating the Barber-Colman controller Network 8000. Contractor shall provide a print out of all setting, for all HVAC units that are assoicated with Network 8000 & ensure that it is 100% opertional. The SIC code for this procurement 1711.
