There will be a phase-in period from 15-31 Jan 98, with a basic period of performance of 1 Feb through 30 Sep 98, with a one-year option. The contract will be a fixed price/award fee type contract. The contract will consist of a CLIN for the basic services which will be a firm fixed price (FFP) CLIN, and a CLIN under which work requests will be issued. An award fee pool of 7% of the price of the FFP CLIN will be established for the basic period and the option year. The proposed contract listed herein is a 100% small business set aside. The applicable SIC code for this acquisition is 0782 and the small business size standard is $5M.
