Work includes the removal of asbestos containing materials; removal of lead-containing paint; removal and replacement of exterior stuco, windows, exterior entry doors, interior doors, toilet facilities, interior partition walls and finishes, HVAC equipment, building electrical service, light fixtures and power receptacles; alterations extension and upgrading of existing fire sprinkler system; and other incidental related work. -- The estimated cost is $500,000,.00 and $1,000,000.00 -- Firm Fixed Price Contract. -- Contract duration is approximately 120 calendar days. -- This proposed contract will be unrestricted. -- The Standard Industrial Code is 1752 and the annual size standard is $7.0 million. It is recommended the subcontracting goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting effort.
