Z -- CONSTRUCT CORRIDOR ON NORTH SIDE OF BUILDING 66047, KIRTLAND AFB NM SOL NA DUE 071597 POC Ed Castillo, Contracting Officer, 505/846-2992 The Phillips Laboratory, Operational Contracting, Kirtland AFB, NM is seeking potential sources for construction of a corridor addition on the north side of Building 66047 on Kirtland AFB, NM. The new corridor will provide access around an existing facility room. The corridor will be approximately 10 feet wide by 35 feet long. The majority of the work will consist of dycore pre-cast walls and roof for strength and minimal construction time. Two sides of the corridor are part of the existing facility and two sides and roof will be part of the new corridor. The remaining portion of this project consists of reworking an existing bi-fold door, adding an electrical circuit, self-leveling concrete floors, EIFS exterior, built-up roofing, drop down ceiling and trimming of the corridor. Qualifications: Contractors interested in this project must have a minimum of five years experience in pre-cast concrete work and the ability to manage a construction site with minimal interference with on-going facility work. Interested firms are requested to submit a minimum one page resume describing your qualifications. Your resume of qualifications should include a list of previous projects using pre-cast concrete, location of the project, and the name and telephone number of a point of contact for each project.
