The work includes repair and upgrade of four firing ranges including repairs and rehabilitation of control booths (4), target storage buildings (8), magazines (4), equipment issue buildings (4), and covered cleaning racks (4); rehabilitation of rest rooms; replacement of target carriage system (200) and rehabilitation of target line area; repairs to two (2) pedestrian access tunnels (galvanized steel); repair and replacement of the existing water supply system; replacement of the electrical supply and communication systems including emergency telephones, radio communications and sound systems; relocation (converting from meters to yards) and rehabilitation of firing lines; correction of drainage problems including regrading for positive drainage, installation of culverts and drainage structures when required; patching and sealing existing A/C paving; repair of irrigation system and lighting work at 500 yard firing line, and firing surface at firing lines and all incidental related work. S.I.C. Code is 1629, "Heavy Construction, Not Elsewhere Classified". Estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Completion time is 232 days.
