Work shall be performed by persons trained, knowledgeable, licensed and qualified in Elevator Systems. The project is estimated to be in the $400,000 to $600,000 range. Solicitation will be ready for issuance on or about July 23, 1997. A pre-proposal meeting will be held at the project site on August 6, 1997. No other tours will be allowed. Proposal due date will be on or about August 23, 1997. This is a negotiated procurement and is NOT a Small Business Set-Aside. Experience and Past Performance will be used as an Evaluation factor in the award of this contract. This procurement is made under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Test Program.
