Contractor will provide all materials, labor and supervision to complete this proposed project. Renovation and reconstruction include, but is not limited to roofing, windows, doors, metal siding, EIFS siding, partitions, flooring, acoustical ceiling, heating & air conditioning, lighting, communications, toilets, engine hoists and various painting. The magnitude of this proposed project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The Standard Identification Code (SIC) is 1541. The work will be bid as a lump-sum, firm fixed price contract. The project work will be in strict accordance with plans and specifications. The Anticipated performance time for this project is 365 calendar days after notice to proceed. IFB DAHA30-97-B-0007 will be issued on or about 15 July 1997 with a bid opening date on or about 19 August 1997.
