Provide all labor, materials, equipment and perform all work required to remodel RCQ Building 457, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. RCQ consists of a kitchen, bedroom, living room, bath and mechanical room. = Work will include but not be limited to demolition of existing selected walls to include inside and outside walls, adding a new kitchen including a concrete foundation, framing, insulating, siding, roofing, removing and replacing electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, removing and installing new wall coverings, floor coverings, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cupboards etc.,insulation, windows, doors, siding and roofing materials including a new roof canopy over a new entrance, relocating the entrance and stoop, sidewalk and removing the old sidewalk, removing a concrete coal crib, re-siding to match existing. = Landscaping will be required to repair damage caused by demolition and remodelling. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A payment bond of 50% will be required on award. Performance= will be 90 days. Requests should be received before the issue date of 17 July 1997. Closing date will be COB 7 August 1997. Requests for this quotation must be in writing, accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashier s check or money order payable to the U.S. Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per package.
