The work to be performed will consist of, but is not limited to the following major items ow work and are listed for the Contractors convenience in order to dtermine the general scope of work involved. The furnishing of all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for the replacement of Windows, Doors, and Siding on 84 MFH Units. This will include the demolition and new construction as follows: Demolition will include removal of battens, all existing rotten plywood, siding and soffit, removal of some vinyl siding, existing wood window units, removal and salvaging of some existing brick, removal of doors, frames and temporary removal of light fixtures. New construction will consist of; installation of new vinyl siding with associated wrapping of porch, carport, beams and fascias with aluminum coil stock; painting wood and steel where necessary, installation of gypsum board and sheathing, new aluminum clad wood windows and steel doors.
