Demolish BLDG 576 and 455. Performance time 150 days. Estimate cost range $100,00.00 to 250,000.00. Demolish and Remove the following building at Charleston AFB SC. BLDG 455 a single story concrete block building with approx 2,168 SF of floor space and constructed in 1955. Size approx 56' X44' interior partitions are composed of concrete block wall and gypsum board. The roof height 11' above exterior grade. Remove approx 4750 SF of asphalt(parking and driveway) and approx 40' of driveway. Remove 540' of double run pole mounted steam lines 25' poles and their footing. Footing are approx 3' X3' steam line approx 20-22' above grade. BLDG 576 an aircraft nose dock with approx 20,237 SF of floor space constructed in 1959. The main section approx 50' at roof ridge 84-6' deep X 201-6' wide (see floor plan) walls are composed of steel beams and sheet metal. Remove bldgs all concrete floors, ramps, front trench drain, walls footings. Saw cut concrete to full depth of slabs +/- 3' away from sides of bldg and remove. Remove two electrical overheadpower feeds approx 40' in length and two transformer and two 1-1/2' water service lines and drain lines cap and seal. SIC 1795. Telephone requests will not be honored.
