The work includes all labor, approved material, equipment and supervision necessary to remove and replace the existing roof top a/c unit. The existing roof top unit is a Rheem unit Mod # RASC 15/30 Serial # G001-I-G4327A, 208 volt 3 phase. The new unit shall be the same BTU rating as the unit being replaced. The new unit shall have the following features: capacity control 2 stops, hot gas bypass, low ambient operation, 100% outside air option with hood/damper and controls. The new equipment shall be installed according to the manufacturer's recommendations. The contractor shall provide a fully operational system when completed. The performance period is 90 days. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this acquisition is 1711. This solicitation is unrestricted -- open to large and small business concerns.
