ITEM 0001, Machine Gun, 25MM, 400 shot-per-minute (SPM) version of the M242 machine gun in accordance with Crane's Specification -- Qty 10 each with a maximum optional quantity of 90. ITEM 0002, Conversion Kit to convert a standard M242 Machine Gun to allow it to fire 400 shots-per-minute in accordance with Crane's Specification -- Qty 12 each with a maximum optional quantity of 475. The options will be exercised over a 10 year period. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination within 195 days after contract award. Delivery of options will be F.O.B. Destination within 195 days after option is exercised. Award will be made to the offeror who proposes the best value to the Government as determined by the source selection criteria.
