ITEM 0001, Grenade, Stinger, Rubber Pellet, Non-Lethal in accordance with Crane's Hybrid Specification (HS), HS/4083/C97/1137 -- Qty 10,243 each with a maximum optional quantity of 65,000. ITEM 0002, Grenade, Inert, Sting Ball, Non-Lethal in accordance with HS/4083/C97/1137 -- Qty 1,008 each with a maximum optional quantity of 85,000. The options will be exercised over a 5 year period. Both items are designed for use in a 12 gauge 2-3/4 inch shotgun or to be thrown by hand. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination within 60 days after contract award. Delivery of options will be F.O.B. Destination within 60 days after option is exercised. Award will be made to the offeror who proposes the best value to the Government as determined by the source selection criteria. This acquisition will be processed utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is an unrestricted solicitation. All interested parties may submit an offer which will be considered.
