The Lowry Economic Redevelopment Authority (LRA) is soliciting sealed bids for the fabrication and delivery of Precast Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert Sections (RCBC) for storm drain utility infrastructure construction. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination at the former Lowry Air Force Base, Denver, Colorado. Includes approx. 236 LF of 5' x 7' RCBC; 1771 LF of 5' x 8' RCBC; and 75 LF of 6' x 9' RCBC. Must comply with AASHTO Spec. HS-20 loading standard. City & County of Denver Wastewater Management Division standards & specs apply. Invitation for Bids Number (IFB#) 10-STRM-ACAD is for the LOWRY BUSINESS CENTER LOOP ROAD PROJECT, STORM DRAIN ACADEMY BOULEVARD. This project will be partially funded with Federal funds through the Economic Development Administration, U.S. Dept. of Commerce (EDA Project No. 05-49-02954), and will be subject to all Federal requirements and regulations. The work will be subject to the prevailing wage rates and to the Equal Employment Opportunity requirements established by the U.S. Dept. of Labor. The estimated price range of construction for this phase of the project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 Bid package (IFB) will be available on or about 07/03/97, with the closing date as stated in the IFB (o/a 07/18/97).
