Line Item 0002 -- 1 ea Clinical Reporter interface to CHCS to pull down patient demographics from CHCS to Clinical Reporter, 90 day warranty, P/N: CHCS-CR-EM. Line Item 0003 -- 2 ea, Advanced Training, on-site, one 3-day visit for up to 6 users, P/N: TRN-ADV-3. Line Item 0004 -- 2 ea Follow-up Training, on-site, one 2-day visit for up to 6 users, P/N: TRN-FOL-2.
