The contractor shall provide professional diving services to perform underwater surveys to locate batteries and inspect pilings at various Coast Guard mooring facilities throughout Alaska. The estimated cost range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The time for completion of this project is no later than 30 September 1997. The work required by the solicitation is identified as industry Standard #7389 and the applicable size standard is $3.5 million dollars in the annual receipts for the past three years.
