J -- MAINTENANCE OF ACCESS CONTROL, CCTV, AND SOUND MASKING SUBSYSTEMS POC Randon Jackson, (703)706-2760 The U.S. Army requires a contract for preventive and emergency maintenance services for the Access Control, CCTV and Sound Masking Subsystems of the Integrated Facility Protection System at Charlottesville, VA. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Wells Fargo Security Systems of Arlington, VA. To perform on this contract vendors must have personnel cleared to the Top Secret with SCI access level. There shall be 24 hour telephone support from the contractor and on site response time must be within five hours of request for emergency maintenance at all times. Interested vendors who believes he/she can perform on this effort must submit clear and convincing evidence of cleared personnel, fast response capabilities, and recent specific experience. A solicitation does not exist. Based on the results of this synopsis, it is at the sole discretion of the Government to issue a competitive solicitation. Responses to this synopsis must be received by July 11, 1997 to be considered. (0177)
