The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities and transportation necessary to overhaul/repair 3 items of TF33 First Stage Air Seal. A firm fixed price requirements contract is contemplated for one year, plus 4 one-year options. The items and best estimated quantities include: INPUT/OUTPUT NSN 2840-00-966-8034RV, P/N 736996, Basic year qty is 99 ea; Opt I qty is 96 ea; Opt II qty is 88 ea; Opt III qty is 88 ea; and Opt IV qty is 88 ea. INPUT/OUTPUT NSN 2840-01-167-9522RV, P/N 800223, Basic year qty is 102 ea; Opt I qty is 108 ea; Opt II qty is 100 ea; Opt III qty is 100 ea; Opt IV qty is 100 ea. INPUT/OUTPUT NSN 2840-00-153-4090RV, P/N 738085, Basic year qty if 10 ea; Opt I qty is 10 ea; Opt II qty is 10 ea; Opt III qty is 10 ea; Opt IV qty is 10 ea. These items are made from AMS 5754 nickel alloy, and are approximately 31.205 inches in diameter. The repair consists of restoring dimensional requirements, weld repair, plasma spray, and resizing/reshaping airseal. These air seals will be repaired IAW the Statement of Work in the solicitation and the applicable TF33 series tech orders. There is no Government Furnished Tooling and no GFM. Deliveries will be to Tinker AFB OK 73145. The Solicitation will be issued to the following qualified sources: Pratt & Whitney Division, East Hartford CT; McClain International, College Park GA; Chromalloy Division Oklahoma, Midwest City OK; AAR Engine Component Services, Frankfort NY; Pratt & Whitney PSD, Springdale AR.
