A firm fixed price requirements type contract is contemplated for one year, plus 4 one-year options. The items and Best Estimated Quantities include: INPUT/OUTPUT NSN 2840-00-243-7740RV, P/N 694794, Basic year 96 ea, Opt I 98 ea, Opt II 100 ea, Opt III 100 ea & Opt IV 100 ea; INPUT/OUTPUT NSN 2840- 00-055-6467RV, P/N 502602, Basic year 54 ea, Opt I 55 ea, Opt II 55 ea, Opt III 55 ea, Opt IV 55 ea; INPUT NSN 2840-00-072-9687RV, P/N 453622/525079, OUTPUT NSN 2840-00-072-9678RV, P/N 453622 MOD, Basic year 10 ea, Opt I 10 ea, Opt II 10 ea, Opt III 10 ea, Opt IV 10 ea. These parts are approximately 36 inches in diameter & they have an integral inner and outer wall. The outer wall is louvered and the material is AMS 5536 (Hastelloy X). The repair consists of restoring dimensional requirements, weld repair, plasma spray, and replacement of sub-components all IAW the SOW attached to the solictation and the TF33 series tech orders. There is no Government furnished tooling. Deliveries are to Tinker AFB, OK and the solicitation will be issued to the following qualified sources: Chromalloy Gas Turbine Corporation, Midwest City OK; Greenwich Air Services, Dallas TX; and to Wood Group Components, Suffield, CT.
