The provider will provide dental cleanings and instruction in hygiene and prevetntive dentistry, and other duties as needed. Offeror must possess a Minnesota certificate as a Dental Hygienist. Estimated contract period is October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998. Not to exceed 30 hours per week. Rate of numeration is stated in sessions, each session is a four hour time frame.
