COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY ISSUE OF JUNE 30,1997 PSA#1877PROGRAM MANAGER FOR ASSEMBLED CHEMICAL WEAPON ASSESSMENT STAKEHOLDER
MEETING, JUNE 30-JULY2, 1997 Two meetings will be held regarding the
Assembled Chemical Weapon Assessment public involvement process on June
30-July 2, 1997 in the Doubletree Inn at the Colonnade, 4 West
University Parkway, Baltimore, Maryland, (410)235-5400 or 800-222-8733.
The primary meeting will convene at 9:00am on June 30th and adjourn at
1:00pm on July 2nd. The purpose of this meeting is for DOD to work
with dialogue participants (including community members and state,
tribal, and federal regulators) to solicit input regarding the program
concepts, RFP criteria, milestones, stakeholder participation, and
future meetings. Technology providers are welcome to attend and there
will be opportunity for public comment. The second meeting is at the
same location on June 30th from 7:30am to 8:30am. This meeting is
primarily for technology providers that have not attended prior
meetings of the dialogue group to learn about the public stakeholder
process and their role in this process. Technology providers must
preregister for the 7:30am meeting. There is no charge for attending
