Work items include moving sand, sand excavation, building ponds, culvert installations, and placement of: geotextile fabric, rip rap, and aggregate base. This project is located on the Siuslaw National Forest, Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, Coos County, Oregon. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished) and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. Contract time is 45 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Government estimate is between S25,000 and S100,000. Estimated start work date is September 2, 1997.
