The project will include a steel framed control tower, metal bleacher enclosures and covered mess areas, concrete masonry unit latrines, operations /storage building and ammunition breakdown buildings. These facilities will be connected to the post sewer and water, site prep, drainage, parking areas, maintenance trails and flag poles. The magnitude of proposed construction is between $1,000,000. and $5,000,000. Contract performance is 14 months. 20% bid bond requirement; Davis-Bacon wage rates applicable; liquidated damages are $363.00 per day. Plans and specifications will be available on/about 1 August 1997; bid opening o/a 1 September 1997; 2:00 p.m. This invitation for bid is unrestricted. The standard industril classification code is 1629 and the small business size stndard is $17 million for the previous three years.
