The SIC is 1542 -- General Contractors -- Non -residential Buildings, Other than Industrial Buildings and Warehouses. The size standard is $17M. The work includes construction of a new 1716 square foot vetinerary treatment facility and incidential related work. The facility is a slab-on-grade construction with concrete masonry unit walls and partitions. The exterior of the facility is an exterior insulation and finish system. Roof constructuction consists of asphalt shingle roofing on plywood and gypsum sheeting supported by metal-framed trusses and rafters. The facility is heated and cooled by a split-system heat pump with auxiliary electric heat. The facility includes three exam rooms, a laboratory, pharmacy storage, animal holding and exterior dog run, veterinarian's office, technician ofice, receptionist area, waiting area, separate public and saff toilets, and mechanical, electrical, and telephone/communication support spaces.
